I have had some issues with leaking urine on occasion. Thank goodness Annette has a website to treat these urinary problems! I have used her website which has been a great help to me, and I have been leak free for months now! I use her expertise for teaching your bladder how to prevent accidents. It's so great that I can refer back to the workshop whenever I need a refresher!

Thank you!

[I recognize a] significant improvement after attending the video presentation by Annette Salpietro teaching about prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence. Mrs. Salpietro gave an interesting demonstration and evidence- based analysis of pelvic and Kegel exercises that retrain the urinary bladder to empty. Understanding the importance of strengthening the supporting muscles surrounding the bladder as well as not allowing residual urine to remain after voiding has changed my life immensely.

Having worked in the health care setting for many years, my busy schedule forced me to ignore the message from my bladder that it was full and needed emptying. I lost the sensation and urge to urinate as well as experiencing frequent urinary tract infections that required pharmaceutical treatment. Testing for urine remaining in the bladder after voiding (residual) showed over two pints of urine remaining. Another danger was the possibility of that residual backing up into the kidneys.

Mrs. Salpietro presented in a very engaging manner how to perform pelvic exercises and Kegel exercises. She also had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this information to prevent complications, leakage, infections and stress incontinence. The presentation was very interesting and informative.

I have unknowingly had pelvic floor dysfunction for many years. I was skeptical about treatment using physical therapy. I am thankful my urologist referred me to Annette. With her guidance I have managed to eliminate the frustrating symptoms of urge completely!

I have known Annette for many years and she is the best in the business. She has helped me recover from the stress incontinence that was an issue for me for many years. It's so great to laugh out loud again and not pee my pants. Plus every time I sneeze I don't have to worry about leakage!
